$65 APPLICATION FEE: non-refundable, must accompany application.
DEPOSIT: Deposit equal to one month's tuition is due upon acceptance, non-refundable if parents withdraw.

$2,124 per month for 5 days/week
$1,931 per month for 4 days/week
$1,664 per month for 3 days/week
PARTIAL DAYS
$1,739 per month for 5 days/week, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
A partial day schedule extension, up to one hour per day maximum, is available for an additional $175 per month.
Supplementary care is available for occasional use at $25 per hour for partial day students or $125 per day for partial week students. For partial day students, a half-hour dance class is available Wednesdays after 3:00 for $70/month additional. Child may stay till closing on that day.
Tuition is payable on the first day of the month for that month.
A $20 late fee will be charged if tuition is received after the 6th day of the month.
There is a 10% discount for 2nd sibling concurrently enrolled.
There is a 5% discount for pre-paying 6 months or whole year tuition.
$1000 ANNUAL FEE, per family per year, is due on September 1. The Annual Fee covers refurbishment and earthquake supply costs.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL: The school year contract is from September 1 through August 31. Early withdrawal will be considered only with a one month written notice. If the need for immediate withdrawal arises and one month's notice proves impossible, parents will still be responsible for the next month's tuition.
SUMMER SESSIONS: Cedar Creek is open year-round. The school is closed for 2 weeks at the end of August for teacher in-service. Childcare is often offered for most of the weeks we are closed.
Fees and tuition may increase the following school year to accommodate increases in rent, insurance, healthcare, and teacher’s salaries. Any increase will be announced in the beginning of the year and will take effect that coming fall.
